This competition will go ahead subject to the easing of lockdown restrictions currently planned for June 21st, however, we advise people not to book hotels until restrictions lifted.
Pre-Entry
· Pre-Entry (not pre-payment) is currently required and this closes on Sunday 27th June or once we reach 50% of our normal capacity. However, we may waive this if restrictions allow us to operate at normal capacity after June 21st.
· Please pre-enter using the pre-entry form on www.tmfdance.co.uk detailing your name, number of tickets needed and events you wish to enter.
· Dancers who are entering couple’s events may only dance solo in the Open Solo events 10, 18, 28 and 36. All other Solo events are for dancers who are only competing in Solos.
Until we are clearer on restrictions from June 21st, it is not possible to confirm which events will be in which phases and, also, when each phase will start. We intend to start with juvenile / junior events but there is a chance that these may need to be split into separate juvenile and junior phases. Adult ballroom will follow in the early afternoon with adult latin late afternoon.
There are no DPA National League events as the new league will not have restarted at that point.
At this stage we cannot confirm many of the usual details that we all take for granted such as changing facilities, line-ups, etc but rest assured our plan is to run as normal an event as the rules allow.
